Jamie joined Savills in 2016 from a multinational professional services firm, where he led their City of London Investment and leasing business. He has been working in the Central London real estate market since 1998 and has been involved in various transactions, such as advising on the sale of the Gherkin for £726m and the acquisition of 17 Columbus Courtyard on behalf of HNA Group for £131m. Jamie also provides advice to existing land owners and assisted Guy's & St Thomas' Charity on their strategic acquisition of Becket House, Waterloo for £112m.
