Bio
Jamie Rash joined Keystone in January 2013 as part of the acquisitions and development team. In his brief time at Keystone, Mr. Rash has been involved with the acquisition of approximately 2 million square feet of assets totaling more than $300 million.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Rash worked for two years as an analyst and leasing broker for Scheer Partners, in Rockville, Md. At Scheer, Mr. Rash was the lead underwriter for the acquisition and ground-up development of multiple life science and medical buildings in the Washington, D.C., metro area. In addition, Mr. Rash played a vital role in over 30 leasing transactions totaling approximately 200,000 square feet.
Mr. Rash is proficient in Argus and Microsoft Excel and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
