Jan has been a resident of Guthrie since 1974 and co-owner of Century 21 Goodyear Green since 1981. After serving in the Army at Fort Sill, Jan completed his education with a BS and MBA, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Prior to real estate, Jan was in banking, therefore his experience exceeds 50 years. Jan’s goal is always to assist buyers and sellers in a manner that allows you to attain your desired result in every transaction. He will reflect that commitment to working for you every day.
Jan was raised in Urbana, Illinois (home of the University of Illinois). He served in the Army from July 1969, until October 1971. He completed a BS in 1974 at the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA in 1976 graduating Summa Cum Laude. Jan began his professional career in Guthrie, Oklahoma, as Vice President of Guthrie Savings and Loan in 1973. In 1981, Max Green and Jan formed Goodyear Green Real Estate Company at 110 S. Division, Guthrie, which is still one of five of their offices. Jan sold his company in January of 2024 to Century 21 Judge Fite Company and has continued with this owner. He is married with four children and eight grandchildren. He belongs to Christ the King's Catholic Church and has served on many community and civic organizations.
