Experience Matters!
I've been a licensed real estate professional since 1996, and I'm still kicking it in the Northwest Valley of Peoria with a small, independent, family-owned real estate office. My expertise? Oh, just a little bit of everything: Residential Real Estate, Custom Homes, Lots and Land, and Acreage. And guess what? I'm also a certified instructor through the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
My credentials? Well, let me just casually drop these: Associate Broker, REALTOR®, CRS, GRI, and ePro®. And yes, I hold the prestigious CRS designation, which is awarded to only 1.5% of REALTORS nationwide. No big deal, right?
I've been around the block a few times in the real estate community, serving as:
• 2021 President of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (Yes, I had a gavel and everything)
• 2025 Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® representing Arizona’s Congressional District 8 (Fancy title, huh?)
• 2016 recipient of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (I have a shiny plaque to prove it)
• 2008 President of the West Maricopa Regional Association of REALTORS® (I promise I didn't bribe anyone)
