Jana Korcekova-Lopez is a commercial real estate advisor with eXp Commercial, based in Miami, Florida. She specializes in investment sales of value-add commercial assets — single-tenant NNN retail, multifamily, and hospitality properties — serving private investors, family trusts, and investment funds across South Florida and beyond.
Jana brings a rare dual perspective to her advisory work: she is an active principal and fund manager as well as a licensed advisor. As co-founder of Golden Ratio Investments and manager of Golden Ratio RE Fund, a private real estate investment fund organized under SEC Regulation D 506(c), she acquires and repositions underperforming commercial assets for her own portfolio and for accredited investor partners. Her clients benefit from an advisor who underwrites every opportunity the way a buyer does — with discipline on price, structure, and exit.
Jana's real estate career spans more than 14 years and three markets. Prior to relocating to Florida, she was licensed in New Jersey from 2011 to 2023, where she served as a commercial sales associate with Sitar Realty Company, building a profitable off-market multifamily marketing funnel and investor pipeline, and previously held roles with Keller Williams Shore Properties (Commercial Division), Keller Williams Realty West Monmouth, and Century 21 Action Plus Realty. Through Golden Ratio Retreats, she also operates a luxury short-term rental and hospitality portfolio in Puerto Rico, giving her hands-on operating experience in the hospitality asset class she now advises on.
Jana is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate. She is fluent in English, Slovak, and Czech, and works frequently with international and Eastern European investors entering the U.S. commercial real estate market. Based in Miami, she partners with investors and owners who value precision, transparency, and an advisor with genuine skin in the game.
