Jane Luger, MBA, is Vice President of Asset Management at Rudin, where she oversees office asset strategy with a focus on value creation, tenant engagement, and long-term portfolio performance across New York City. She brings deep expertise in office asset management, leasing, capital planning, and operational execution, with a proven track record of driving outsized returns through disciplined strategy and hands-on leadership.
Prior to joining Rudin, Jane held senior asset management roles at Taconic Partners, Related Companies, Silverstein Properties, and Cohen Equities, where she was responsible for large, complex office portfolios nationwide. Over the course of her career, she has led leasing and asset management efforts for more than 1.9 million square feet of office space, negotiated transformative lease transactions, and executed value-add business plans that significantly increased asset value. Notably, Jane successfully completed a three-year repositioning strategy in just one year, doubling a property’s value from $20.5 million to $42.5 million through expense management, leasing execution, and targeted capital improvements.
