Prior to joining CresaPartners, Jane Roundell was the owner’s representative for a major commercial real estate owner and developer in New York City. Her responsibilities included marketing, negotiation of all leasing transactions, legal negotiations, due diligence, acquisition review and portfolio management. Her first project, 589 Fifth Avenue, was a 200,000 sf building. She took the project from 42% to 100% occupied over a two-and-a-half-year period in a depressed market. Additional projects included the stabilization of 576 Fifth Avenue, which at the time of acquisition had over 70 leases set to expire simultaneously. In a two-year period she completed 148 transactions, including ongoing renewals. She also worked with Tishman Real Estate Services as a telecommunications specialist, locating switch facilities for MFS/Worldcom and MCI in the northeast.
Since joining CresaPartners, she has represented Vivendi Universal in the disposition of over 400,000 sf in 26 transactions. She has also completed numerous transactions and consulting projects for Yahoo! and the American Heart Association
