A career in Medical Device sales was a fantastic springboard into Real Estate as a problem-solver with focus on the outcomes of others. To gain specific expertise at an accelerated rate, beginning in 2016, Janet Dale spent the first four years in Real Estate career as a part of the #1 team with the #1 company. Her priority was to have hands-on training to encounter as many scenarios as possible. As it turns out, this was a smart plan to have accelerated experiential learning.
