Janet Patricelli has been a key member of the Devencore Vancouver office since 1997. With over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, Janet specializes in real estate portfolio management and market analysis in the various commercial markets in Metro Vancouver. Some of the major projects she has worked on include Bell Canada where she provided consulting services, including client interface to review premises needs of Bell and associated companies in British Columbia and Alberta as well as monthly reporting and weekly conference calls. Janet also completed leasing transactions for Bell Mobility Call Centre, Bell Canada - Bentall Five and Bell Canada - Sublease (Terasen Centre).
