Safran has been involved with Estates and Companies since its exception in 1988 working with both the Management and Development Teams.
Experienced with development and financing processes and requirements of the Multi-Housing Industry. Has been directly involved with over 25 apartment developments, sales or financing and the sale of over 200+ luxury condominium homes.
Coordinates, analyzes and manages the companies insurance and risk management programs to ensure maximum protection of the portfolio.
Liaison for Estates and Companies legal representation for representation in acquisitions, depositions and other legal requirements as needed.
