Committed to maximizing her client’s performance and profitability, Janette Driggers has represented landlords in more than 320 transactions with national and local tenants totaling more than 1.1 MSF. Formerly with Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Services group, Janette’s wide-ranging expertise in commercial market analysis, accounting, and property management has been dedicated to a distinguished roster of institutional and entrepreneurial owners of office properties.
She was a member of the team responsible for the marketing and leasing of Airport Corporate Center (ACC) and Doral Corporate Center (DCC) on behalf of Hines REIT and Hines Value Add Fund, respectively. ACC is one of the foremost business parks in the Airport/West Dade submarket featuring more than one million square feet of office, office/showroom and warehouse space. DCC is a two building complex with approximately 275,000 square feet of Class A office space.
