Janie studied at Texas State University and Augusta Technical College. She started Wimberley Land Company at the age of 19 and has been licensed since 1976. Janie is a Georgia and South Carolina Broker. She is active in promoting our current projects, as well as bringing new ones on board. She has over 43 years of experience in Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Project Management. Janie is the founder of Prime Commercial Properties, an Augusta based business since 1984, and is a key player in the continued growth of Augusta. She is an active member and affiliate of numerous civic and professional organizations. Janie is often referred to as the Queen Advocate of Downtown.
