Jannie Mongkolsakulkit works alongside Spence Ballif and Adam Schmitt. Their team represents clients all over the country with acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily properties in the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area. Jannie provides vital marketing and due diligence support throughout the sale process. She crafts compelling and informative offering memorandums, brochures, property websites and digital marketing campaigns. She also coordinates and manages the due diligence process, ensuring clients can make informed investment decisions. In addition, she assists the team in creating proposals and providing client reports. During her career, Jannie has assisted with over $6.44 billion in sales.
Prior to joining the Multifamily team, Jannie supported CBRE’s Global Gaming Group, tracking team finances, producing proposals and various marketing materials for gaming properties, and organizing/maintaining the team’s quarterly newsletter.
