Jared Chua is an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas office Capital Markets Practice, bringing more than two decades of institutional real estate transaction experience. As part of the Office Investment Advisors (OIA) group, he specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients across the South Central United States.
Throughout his career, Jared has been involved in more than $18 billion of sales transactions, representing many of the country’s most prominent real estate firms, including institutions, equity funds, REITs, and private owners and developers. His diverse transaction experience spans CBD and suburban office, single-tenant assets and mixed-use developments.
Based in Houston, Jared strengthens Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas Capital Markets coverage, leveraging his institutional real estate expertise to drive successful outcomes for clients.
