Jared Scott London is a Senior Associate in the Global Advisory and Transactions Services Group at CBRE, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation and is based out of Midtown Manhattan. Experience on both sides of a transaction not only provides Jared with consistent market intelligence and office trends, but also provides a well-rounded perspective when negotiating on behalf of either side of the table. Jared is a member of the team that facilitated the rapid expansion of WeWork across Manhattan. In addition, Jared assisted in negotiating Cowen Groups’s renewal and expansion of their 125,000 RSF lease at 599 Lexington Avenue, Arnold & Porter’s disposal of 75,000 RSF at 399 Park Avenue, and Jenner & Block’s disposal of 20,000 RSF at 919 Third Avenue. Jared was involved in numerous transactions for creative and financial tenants in the 5,000 to 20,000 RSF range including 7Park Data, Fuze Technology, Vivvi, Inc, Human Condition Global, and Carlton Associates. On the landlord side of the business, Mr. London represents Stawski Partners on the leasing and marketing of 360 Madison Avenue, 565 Fifth Avenue, and 1212 Avenue of the Americas. Recent notable transactions in this portfolio include Aareal Capital Corporation for 15,000 RSF. His clients also include Sapir Organization for their sister buildings, 260 and 261 Madison Avenue. Recent Sapir Organization transactions include the 50,000 RSF renewal/expansion for the Solomon Page Group, the 37,000 RSF expansion for Hanes, and the 18,000 RSF new lease for Allergen. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Jared worked as an associate at MHP Real Estate Services. While there, he was responsible for all aspects of account management including lease relocations and renegotiations, financial analysis, and business development. Aside from his real estate experience, Jared worked with Sony Music in marketing and licensing, as well as with other talent and advertising agencies. Jared graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While there, he was actively involved with the Real Estate Club. He was also a brother of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. Jared is an avid musician and instrumentalist honored as an All-State New York Percussionist in 2009.
