Bio
Jared has specialized in selling net leased investment real estate since 2007. He began his real estate brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap in the Salt Lake City, Utah office where he worked until 2011 when he and Justin Wilson formed Sage Capital Partners. In addition to facilitating investment transactions, Jared’s experience also includes arranging and participating in equity and debt partnerships for a variety of net leased development projects.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate brokerage, Jared worked as a commercial real estate appraiser in San Diego, and also worked for a fortune 200 homebuilding company, Centex Homes, located in central California.
Jared holds a Real Estate Finance degree from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
