I am a commercial real estate professional with Howard Hanna | The Frederick Group, serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding Pennsylvania markets. I work with investors, developers, owner-users, landlords, tenants, and business owners across commercial sales, acquisitions, leasing, site selection, and redevelopment opportunities.
My experience includes mixed-use and multifamily investment properties, retail and office buildings, automotive and service facilities, industrial and flex spaces, development sites, business sales, and value-add properties. I assist clients throughout the entire transaction, including property research, valuations, comparable-market analysis, marketing, negotiations, inspections, due diligence, zoning research, financing coordination, and settlement.
I have a strong interest in off-market opportunities and underutilized properties where creative positioning, redevelopment, or improved operations can unlock additional value. My entrepreneurial background allows me to understand commercial real estate from both the property and business-owner perspectives.
