Jared Smith is a co-founder of Pennbridge companies. Prior to co-founding Pennbridge, Mr. Smith worked for various investment groups focusing on real estate acquisitions and development including Starwood Capital Group in Greenwich, CT, Brighton Corporation, Salomon Smith Barney's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City, and Grosvenor International Limited in Washington D.C.
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
