In October 2025, Jarett was appointed to lead the Atlanta market as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. In this role, he oversees operations, leasing, and business development in the Atlanta market. Jarett previously led the Phoenix regional team for Cousins Properties as Vice President and Director since 2021. There he served as the Chair of the Downtown Tempe Authority and as a member of the Executive Committee for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
Jarett joined Cousins in 2018 and served as an Associate in the Investments team. Jarett played a key role in growing the Company's footprint in Phoenix, Austin, and Dallas through acquisitions, dispositions, new developments, asset management and corporate strategy.
Before joining Cousins, Jarett worked for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investing group where he closed on over half a billion dollars of office transactions.
