Jarrett Bass built a 20-plus year career in hospitality before joining The Reynolds Team of Compass, where he now works as a REALTOR® in Vero Beach and along Florida's Treasure Coast. As a managing partner and restaurateur, he ran daily operations, managed budgets, and worked directly with customers, experience that carries over directly into negotiating deals and managing a transaction from contract to closing.
Jarrett moved into real estate after buying his own home and an investment property and seeing the process firsthand. He holds a degree in Business Management and Communication from Florida State University and pairs that background with hands-on experience as a real estate investor, sharing strategies for building a rental portfolio on The Reynolds Direction Podcast.
His listing track record includes turning around properties that had stalled with other brokerages: a Vero Beach golf course home with $90,000 in upgrades that had sat on the market for nearly a year sold in two months after Jarrett took over, and another listing that had been on the market for five months sold in 24 days using Compass's three-phase marketing strategy.
Born in New Smyrna Beach with five generations of family ties to Florida, Jarrett has called Vero Beach home for the past decade with his wife and two sons. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Vero Beach, Hutchinson Island, Sebastian, and the broader Treasure Coast market.
