As Vice President of Property Management for Newmark in Texas, Jasmine Porter is responsible for Newmark’s property management operations and personnel. Ms. Porter teams with local Newmark leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships throughout the region. A 21-year commercial real estate manager, Ms. Porter has substantial expertise in budget preparation, lease administration, physical management, tenant and client relations and financial reporting.
Ms. Porter has real estate experience managing office, medical, government, industrial and downtown high-rise in the CBD. She is skilled in ownership environments, including managing directly owned and third-party portfolios. Her energy and self-motivation have allowed her to successfully meet the needs of her clients as well as develop meaningful building tenant relations. She is an energetic, self-motivated individual focused on meeting the needs of the client while building tenant relationships.
Ms. Porter’s leadership, diligence and consistent ability to provide top-tier services recently led to a promotion. She previously provided oversight for the management of more than 500,000 square feet of Class A office and medical properties in Austin and the surrounding areas.
