Jason brings over 15 years of combined legal and banking experience to Cushman & Wakefield National Capital Markets Group and is focused on working with our largest private and institutional real estate investors. With the support of a global team, Jason helps find, identify, finance, structure, and execute some of the most complex real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Jason worked at the Bank of Montreal where he led the Trust line of business for Eastern Canada and spent almost 10 years in private practice as a lawyer focusing on cross border tax and real estate transactions. Working with individual investors, family offices, REITs, large scale private client groups and institutional establishments, Jason has advised his clients on all aspects of their financial holdings and has been instrumental in obtaining results unique to each of their respective needs.
