Jason Brecheen began his career with Swearingen Realty Group as a Market Analyst. During that time, Jason contributed to the leasing of over 500,000 SF of space in seven (7) states and two (2) countries. His experience and knowledge gained during his time as a Market Analyst readily prepared him for a promising career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
Personal History
Jason is a native of Garland, Texas; Educated at the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Malaga, Spain; Major -- International Business with an emphasis in Spanish. While attending college, Jason successfully managed his own personal training business where he was able to greatly improve his management skills, while gaining valuable client-relationship experience.
