Jason Drakopoulos is the President of Axios Property Group, where he specializes in Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and strategic acquisitions. With over 35 million square feet of lease and sale transactions completed since 2002, Jason has developed a deep expertise in negotiating complex deals and maximizing asset value for his clients.
In addition to brokerage, Jason is actively involved in acquisitions and repositioning of assets, leveraging his industry knowledge to identify value-add opportunities and optimize investment returns. He is a Principal and the Managing Member of Heritage Investment Partners, LLC (“HIP”) and Heritage Asset Management, LLC (“HAM”), where he oversees acquisitions, portfolio growth, asset management, and investment strategies.
