Executive Vice President of Development
Mr. Fritz serves as Executive Vice President in the Development group of Sullivan Wickley. In that role, he is responsible for initial site identification, preliminary site planning and feasibility assessment, and overall due diligence prior to land acquisition. He also holds an active Georgia Real Estate License and will broker land sales given his extensive knowledge of markets throughout the Southeastern U.S. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science from Alma College in Michigan. He also attended flight school at Northwestern Michigan College, where he earned his FAA Certified Flight Instructor license and is currently pursuing his CCIM certification.
