Jason’s a High Point native who returned to the area to be closer to friends and family, and he’s proud to call the Piedmont/Triad home.
He attended East Carolina, UNCG, and Greensboro College. Achievements include: induction into the Lloyd International Honors College at UNCG, acceptance into American Mensa, and completion of the US Air Force’s Squadron Officer School as well as receipt of GWOT Expeditionary Medal (Operation Enduring Freedom; Afghanistan)—both as a civilian.
Prior to joining NAIPT, he spent a combined total of six and a half years living abroad and gaining travel experience in around 25 countries. Over a decade was spent working and traveling internationally for the Dept. of Defense out of Joint-Base San Antonio, Texas.
On the suggestion of a friend, Jason earned his NC Real Estate License and joined a top Fortune 500 builder specializing in residential new construction. With an introductory sales goal of one home in the first month, he sold 8 homes in the first two weeks and finished the first nine months selling over 50 homes. In the next calendar year, he sold around 80 homes at a time of low inventory, multiple-offer scenarios, and supply-chain disruptions.
He switched to CRE and joined an established firm in the Triad area before opening up his own firm. His business model is to treat all clients with the same attention (regardless of size), bring in additional (personally-vetted) brokers from large, regional outside firms (as needed) while staying connected to the deal to ensure client satisfaction, ensure communication is frequent and transparent, and to be out in the field prospecting as much as possible (favorite activity).
