Jason Houze joined CBRE in 2020, prior experience includes working at Newmark Knight Frank starting in 2016 where he served as an associate director in the company's Chicago office. Mr. Houze joined NKF after serving as a senior associate with JLL's National Investor Accounts Team (NIAT) and Downtown Agency Leasing team. During his three years with NIAT, Mr. Houze managed business development efforts and provided superior client service to 15 of JLL's largest investor clients. With Downtown Agency Leasing, he focused on lease analysis and creative marketing solutions to execute investment strategies. In 2014, Mr. Houze completed Dale Carnegie's Advanced Sales Training Program and received certification.
Prior to JLL, Mr. Houze worked at two advertising agencies in Chicago, Energy BBDO and Digitas. With a combined three years of experience at these firms, he focused on business development and data analytics.
