Jason Hyams grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and spent 20 years working for CBRE after graduating from the University of Arizona. Mr. Hyams started his real estate career in the retail sector focused on leasing, tenant representation and commercial corners for retail development. After his first year, Jason realized his passion was selling land and teamed up with the CBRE Land Services Group pivoting towards selling acreage of every classification: multi-family, single family, retail, industrial, office, hotel, resort, religious facility, governmental, speculative land and farm land. Jason’s experience ranges from representing companies such as Microsoft and IKEA, as well as representing Sellers disposing of one acre infill parcels to thousands of acres in the suburbs and everything inbetween. He also works with small farmers and investors looking to buy and/or sell land. Mr. Hyams is passionate about family, being involved in the community and enjoys spending his free time hiking and working out to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
