As senior vice president & principal of SRS Real Estate Partners, Jason is responsible for business development and transactions. Jason represents multiple national, regional, and local retail and related clients in strategic planning, corporate acquisition, and disposition.
Jason has an extensive record of client-driven achievement by providing a multitude of commercial real estate solutions. Jason has been active in commercial real estate since 1995, with commercial appraising and landlord representation at Faison/Trammell Crow Company for 10 years representing institutional and corporate landlords. Since then he has represented users and owners at SRS Real Estate Partners. Services he provides include tenant rollouts, owner representation, acquisitions and disposition. Jason has an extensive relationship network with tenants, and owners that assists his knowledge of the Florida market.
