Jason Kaplan joined GCP in 2025 as Senior Analyst and is responsible for analyzing portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, and overall risk.
Jason is critical to the investment team in all aspects of investment strategy, deal sourcing, broker relationships, and investment analysis. Kaplan leads underwriting for all investment and leasing opportunities while maintaining corporate and portfolio projections.
Jason was formerly an investment analyst of debt and equity, and investment sales at Northmarq in addition to being as research analyst with Godsey & Bigg Wealth Management. Jason earned an MBA in Real Estate and BS in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
