Before Hillwood, Jason was with EQT Exeter in Philadelphia, PA. During this time, he evaluated and closed on over 15M SF of existing and future buildings across the United States. He later relocated to Oakland, CA where he was responsible for overseeing the Northern California and Mountain West portfolios for the company.
