Mr. Lynch joined OTO in 2016 as General Counsel and oversees the legal needs of the company. Mr. Lynch joins OTO from Johnson Management, LLC, the family office of George D. Johnson, Jr. Prior to Johnson Management, Mr. Lynch was Chief Financial Officer for American Credit Acceptance, LLC (ACA), a sub-prime auto lender with an asset base of $1.5 billion. While with ACA, Mr. Lynch was responsible for their securitization program, along with maintaining and expanding the company’s banking relationships. Mr. Lynch background also includes service as General Counsel to Johnson Development Associates, Inc. Mr. Lynch earned a bachelor of arts from Wofford College, a juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a masters in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
