Jason D. Ritchie is a Central Valley native, born and raised in Visalia, California. He earned his Associate of Arts degree from the College of the Sequoias before continuing his education at California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance.
Following college, Jason built a strong foundation in the financial sector throughout Southern California. His experience spans futures commodity trading, mortgage banking, and loan processing—giving him a comprehensive understanding of the lending side of real estate transactions. This background allows him to guide clients with confidence, ensuring seamless coordination between financing and sales. Jason firmly believes that successful transactions depend on alignment between the loan officer and real estate agent to achieve timely and efficient closings.
Jason’s financial expertise also positions him as a valuable resource for clients seeking investment opportunities, strategic growth, and risk management solutions. Combined with his natural talent for marketing and innovative sales strategies, he consistently delivers results.
