For the past 33 years, Mr. Schwetz has been involved in the development, management, acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of retail shopping centers. Previously, as Managing Director of Leasing and Acquisitions for a large LA based Syndicate he supervised the leasing of 2.2M sq. ft. of retail space and the acquisition and financing of over One Hundred Million Dollars worth of shopping centers. He has also completed the acquisition and entitlement of over 70 acres of land. His companies’ current portfolio owns, manages and/or leases over $80,000,000 worth of commercial real estate.
Mr. Schwetz is a licensed Real Estate Broker and earned his certificate as a Certified Shopping Center Manager/CSM and CRX from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 1989. Mr. Schwetz has been an active member in the ICSC for the past 33 years.
