Jason Sneed is an Associate with Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura in the Sherman Oaks office, where he focuses on industrial leasing and sales across the Northern Los Angeles market, including the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley.
Born and raised in the Northern Los Angeles market, Jason brings strong familiarity with the local industrial landscape and the businesses that operate within it.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Jason spent more than a decade in operations management within industrial environments, including roles with Amazon, SCP Distributors (Superior Pool Products), and RST CleanTech Solutions in the solar industry. This background provides him with practical, firsthand insight into supply chain operations, warehouse functionality, and the operational requirements that drive real estate decisions for industrial users across multiple industries.
Outside of work, Jason is a devoted husband and father of three, one daughter and two sons. He is active in his church community, volunteers regularly, and maintains a strong commitment to fitness.
