Jason Sneed is an Associate with Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura in the Sherman Oaks office, where he focuses on industrial leasing and sales throughout the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.
Having lived in both the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley for many years, Jason brings strong familiarity with the local market and the businesses that operate within it.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Jason spent more than a decade in operations management within industrial environments. This experience provides him with practical insight into warehouse operations, workflow efficiency, and the day-to-day considerations industrial owners and users face when evaluating space.
Outside of work, Jason is a devoted husband and father of three, one daughter and two sons. He is active in his church community, volunteers regularly, and maintains a strong commitment to fitness.
