As Founder and President of Evans Senior Investments (ESI), Jason Stroiman leads the firm’s Chicago practice and manages client relationships throughout the country. Jason’s transactional knowledge and client service expertise are central to ESI’s M&A practice. Jason has been selling Seniors Housing and Skilled Nursing communities his entire professional career.
Jason has worked in the seniors housing & skilled nursing industry for over 16 years. Prior to founding ESI, Stroiman was a partner with a real estate brokerage company where he sold seniors housing and long-term care facilities from coast to coast. Throughout his career, he has exclusively listed and sold long-term care assets in 36 different states representing over $1.5 Billion in transaction volume. He has also analyzed, toured, and provided valuation consultation for over 2,500 senior housing and skilled nursing communities in over 45 states.
