A commercial broker in the Orange County offices of Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Ward is focused on the Global Tenant representation of firms with multi market location. Mr. Ward specializes in financial analysis, strategic lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and the mitigation of his client’s occupancy costs for the 3.5 million square foot portfolio that Mr. Ward actively manages on behalf of his global clients. Since 2007, he has played an active role in negotiating over $500 Million in lease and sale transactions.
