Worked as a Loan Consultant for 8 Years, Then became a full time Realtor in 2010 -2012 for Century 21 Landmark , Feb of 2012 to present, started at Keller Williams Realty Pacific Estates. I started the Alvarez Real Estate Group here at Keller Williams in 2013. I help communities in Long Beach Set up Yard / Garage Sales, update city information to the home owners. I volunteer as a coach on baseball teams. I love working with kids. Born and raise in Long Beach, CA.
