Javier Coll serves as President of Mullen Hospitality Management, where he leads the company’s third-party resort management platform and oversees strategic growth across branded luxury and upper-upscale beach destinations.
With more than 30 years of global hospitality experience, Javier is widely recognized for his leadership in resort development, asset repositioning, and branded expansion throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America. He specializes in structuring complex cross-border capital partnerships between U.S. and European investors, executing large-scale resort renovations and all-inclusive conversions, and aligning operational strategy with long-term asset value creation.
Prior to joining Mullen Hospitality Management, Javier served as Global Head of Growth for the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, a subsidiary of Hyatt Corporation and the world’s largest all-inclusive resort management company. During his tenure, he held multiple senior leadership roles including Group President of Business Development & Strategy, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. He was instrumental in expanding the portfolio across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe, overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of more than 100 resorts and contributing to record growth and profitability.
Javier was also a founding partner of AMResorts and Unlimited Vacation Club, two of the organization’s core platforms, helping establish one of the most successful all-inclusive resort portfolios globally.
He is a graduate of the Wharton General Management Program, holds an MBA, and is trained as an economist. Javier is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while delivering disciplined, performance-driven growth for owners and investors.
