Jaxx is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix Multifamily Investment Sales team, bringing experience in both brokerage and development with a focus on multifamily and build to rent. Born and raised in Phoenix, he studied Urban and Regional Development and Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jaxx began his career at CBRE in Dallas, specializing in multifamily investment sales, and later worked with BB Living, a leading build to rent developer.
