As President and Founder of FNFC, he oversees day-to-day activities including loan production, accounting, management, sales, loan servicing, underwriting, and loan closings. Jay has personally arranged financing on commercial properties in 35 states and Puerto Rico, with an estimate collective property value in excess of $1 Billion. Jay also has extensive experience in real estate development, management and ownership. He has owned and/or developed multiple office, GSA, multi-family, industrial, and special-use properties.
