Jay Bernstein joined Besen Partners in 2019, and he focuses on the sale of multifamily, mixed use and retail properties in Manhattan. Jay has sold property all throughout Manhattan, including Tribeca, Greenwich Village, East Village, FiDi, Upper West Side, Union Square and other neighborhoods. Prior to working with Besen Partners, Jay worked at Berkshire Hathaway focusing on commercial real estate. Jay grew up in Scarsdale, New York and graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. In his free time, Jay enjoys golfing, cycling, and spending time with his friends and family.
