Jay Keller has been with Strand Hospitality since 2006. Starting as Regional Director of Operations, he later served as VP of Operations for eight years before becoming Chief Operations Officer in 2015. He oversees operating strategies, senior management, owner relations, financial performance, national purchasing, development, and capital improvements.
His experience spans roles from Executive Chef to General Manager of full-service hotels, Area Manager, and Regional Operations leader. He holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Sinclair College, completed continuing education at Ohio State University, and is C.H.A. certified.
Jay is based in the Charlotte area, where he lives with his wife, Stacey.
