Jay M. Massey has been actively engaged in commercial real estate counseling, valuation, and brokerage since graduating from Texas A&M University in 1982. Mr. Massey has completed numerous consultation assignments, particularly associated with litigation support, and has prepared a vast number of appraisal reports requiring cost, sales comparison, and income capitalization approaches to value for a wide variety of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and special purpose properties. He has provided expert witness testimony on many occasions, during hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and both jury and bench trials. Additionally, Mr. Massey has been especially active in the commercial real estate brokerage area of development land acquisition/sales.
