Jay has over 29 years of experience in sales and leasing commercial real estate in Western Pennsylvania. Jay specializes in income-producing properties, buyer representation, and bank foreclosures/workouts.
Before his career in commercial real estate, Jay worked as an accountant for Arthur Young and as an Auditor/REO Manager for Colony Savings Bank. Jay has served the following clients in different capacities over his career: PNC Bank, YMCA of Pittsburgh, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania, United States Postal Service, State Farm Insurance, Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, Blind & Vision Rehabilitation Services, British Petroleum Oil Company, and Sheetz Inc.
