A longtime resident of Florida’s Gulf Coast, Jayne has been living, working, and raising her family in the area since 1978. She studied at Stetson University and graduated from Florida State University, bringing both education and decades of experience to her real estate practice. Jayne’s deep understanding of the local market is matched only by her dedication to her community. She has served with numerous organizations, including the Junior League of Manatee County, Bradenton Kiwanis, the Bradenton Downtown Development Authority, and various civic and arts groups. She currently serves on the Bradenton City Council, continuing her lifelong commitment to service and leadership.
Together with her husband, David, Jayne has built, restored, and renovated many properties—particularly in the historic neighborhoods along the Manatee River.
