As Director of Acquisitions, J.D. pursues new development, value add and Class A acquisition opportunities for Drake Development. On a day-to-day basis, JD plays an integral part in financing, asset strategy, development projections as well as leasing.
J.D. has been involved in many facets of commercial real estate including landlord leasing, green field and value add retail development, incentives (TIF, TDD, CID), investment sales/ acquisitions, and developer representation.
Prior to joining the Drake team, JD was with AREA Real Estate Advisors and Christie Development Associates, where he specialized in landlord leasing, site selection, asset disposition and NNN acquisition opportunities for private investors.
