Conditioned by a strong family background in Real Estate, JD has been passionate about the field for as long as he can remember. As one of the industry’s top professionals, JD currently serves as Managing Director in the Midtown office, the youngest to achieve this title.
JD has completed over 400 commercial transactions in his career with a gross value over $950,000,000 with a focus on commercial office leasing.
In both 2020 and 2021 JD completed more individual office leases than any other third party agent in New York.
In addition to a plethora of office leases JD has completed several retail leases, hotel leases, as well as both land and investment sales.
At any given time, JD handles a landlord representation portfolio of approximately 2M rentable square feet within New York.
