JD España, Jr. brings more than sixteen years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, specializing in land acquisitions and project management for several respected national and Atlanta-based companies. His extensive background and entrepreneurial vision eventually led him to establish his own building company, where he continues to blend strategic insight with a deep understanding of the housing market.
As President of Piedmont Residential, the leading home builder in Canton, Georgia, JD oversees the company’s sales, marketing, and new community acquisition efforts. He also directs product development, ensuring that the home plans offered align with the needs, preferences, and modern lifestyles of today’s homebuyers.
JD holds both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science from Georgia State University. A proud Georgia native, he resides in Marietta with his wife and their two children.
